This has made approaching the problem of good layouts much more complex. There is a key difference between the Commercial Hub and the new districts, though: while the commercial hub can be placed anywhere, the other three are heavily restricted. The original version of the layout guide focused on handling district placement with just one possible contender for major adjacency, and this applied symmetrically to the Hansa and the Suguba. This means the Hansa now has four districts which can grant it +2.
